Lyric Video Maker

Turn your song into a
lyric video people actually post.

A song nobody can post is a song nobody hears. Kavosuri turns any track you make into a vertical video — your cover art, your title, a waveform that moves with the music, and your lyrics lighting up word by word as they're sung. Ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp Status.

Why this one is different

Most lyric video tools upload your song to a server, put you in a queue, stamp a watermark on the result and charge per render. This one does none of that.

Word-by-word karaoke

Not a static lyric sheet. Every word is timed to the vocal — sung words in white, the current word lit orange, the rest dimmed. That's the format that travels.

Renders on your device

Encoded in your browser with WebCodecs — no upload, no queue, no render credits. It encodes faster than the track plays, rather than recording in real time.

No watermark

Nothing stamped across your artwork. Just a small kavosuri.com wordmark at the bottom, where it belongs.

Cut to the platform

30 seconds for WhatsApp Status and Shorts, a minute for Reels, or the full song for TikTok and YouTube.

Works on your phone

It's a PWA. Resolution, frame rate and bitrate scale to the device, so a mid-range Android renders a full track without falling over.

A real MP4

H.264 and AAC in a proper faststart container — the file every social app accepts without re-encoding or rejecting it.

How to make a lyric video

Four steps, about a minute end to end.

01

Open a finished track

Anything in My Tracks with audio. The video card sits directly under the player.

02

Pick a length

30 seconds for Status and Shorts, a minute for Reels, or the whole song for TikTok and YouTube.

03

Turn on karaoke lyrics

One tap. If the track has vocals, its word timings are pulled in and the layout makes room for them.

04

Hit make the video

It renders on your device, faster than the song plays, and lands in your downloads as an MP4.

Questions

Is the lyric video maker free?

Yes. Making a video costs no credits and adds no watermark. The rendering happens on your own device rather than on our servers, so there is nothing for us to charge for.

What video format do I get?

A 1080x1920 vertical MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio — the format TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp Status all accept directly. On phones it renders at 720x1280 to keep memory use sane.

How long can the video be?

Thirty seconds, sixty seconds, or the full length of the track. WhatsApp Status trims anything past thirty seconds, Reels takes a minute, and TikTok and YouTube will take the whole song.

How do the karaoke lyrics stay in sync?

Tracks made with vocals carry word-level timings, so the video knows exactly when each word is sung. Words already sung show in white, the word currently sounding lights up orange, and the rest stay dimmed.

Do I need to upload my song anywhere?

No. The video is composited and encoded in your browser using WebCodecs, so the audio never leaves your device for this. There is no queue and no render wait.

Can I use the video commercially?

Yes. Music you generate on Kavosuri is yours to post and monetise, and the exported video carries no watermark beyond a small kavosuri.com wordmark.
